The City of Folsom Arts and Culture Commission is now accepting nominations for its prestigious Arts Achievement Recognition Awards, honoring individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the local arts community.
This annual program celebrates outstanding efforts in visual arts, performing arts, arts education, and historic arts. Eligible nominees include not only those directly involved in the arts but also those who have played a crucial role in supporting or promoting the arts, whether through stabilizing arts organizations, providing vital arts services, or advocating for the arts in Folsom.
To qualify, nominees must be Folsom residents or Folsom-based organizations. Nominations are due by Friday, November 1 and must include a detailed explanation of why the individual or organization is deserving of the award.
