Third annual dog friendly event benefits Hearts 4 Heroes USA with plenty of furry fun
FOLSOM—Get ready for wagging tails, four-legged fashion, and a festival that’s as heartwarming as it is fun. Pawtoberfest is back in Historic Folsom, transforming the Zittel Family Amphitheater into a celebration of community, canine companionship, and a cause that makes a difference.
The family-friendly festival has quickly become one of the most unique fall traditions in the area, offering everything from pet vendors and demonstrations to games, giveaways, and the always-anticipated costume contest. What sets Pawtoberfest apart is the mission at its core. The event benefits the Paw Platoon Therapy Dog Placement Program, an initiative of Hearts 4 Heroes USA. Hearts 4 Heroes USA, a local nonprofit, strives to provide firefighters, EMTs, and EMS personnel nationwide with the care and support they deserve, specializing in the placement of emotional support dogs with first responder agencies.
