Cinco de Mayo is being celebrated this weekend and Powerhouse Entertainment is bringing of the region’s local favorites Saturday night as Adam Aldama and the Aces return to the stage of the Historic Folsom pub for what is being bannered as Powerhouse’s Cinco de Mayo party.
Adam and the Aces perform a wide variety of music with different themes/styles such as a Prince tribute band called The Red Corvettes, Finesse a Bruno Mars/Michael Jackson tribute, Y2K Live specializing in music from the 2000’s, and more.
Aldama originally started the Aces group with their first show at Mango’s nightclub in downtown Sacramento. Thereafter, The Aces have been performing consistently throughout the Sacramento region and surrounding areas around California at clubs, private events, and festivals. The 5 piece group consists of Adam Aldama (Leader/Vocals), Veronica Ballejos (vocals), Brett Sackett (lead guitar), Sandy Baca (Drums), and Jimmy O’Shea (Bass).
“Join us this Saturday at PowerHouse for a fun night out of live music and dancing starting at 10pm,” Aldama shared on social media about the show. “We will be performing a wide range of dance hits from some our favorite Genres like Disco, Old School, Pop, Throwback Hip Hop & R&B, and more.”
The band has been delivering a show like no other that has taken crowds down memory lane and sparking things up so they could relive all those classic dance hits that get the party jumping.
Saturday night’s show starts at 10:00 p.m. and tickets are $20 and available on the show calendar page along with all of the other weekend events detailed above and more at www.powerhousepub.com. Powerhouse Pub is a 21 and over venue located at 614 Sutter Street in Folsom.
