Wasted Space returns Saturday afternoon followed by Adam Aldama

Powerhouse Entertainment kicks off a busy weekend of entertainment ahead with Power Play kicking things off Friday night as the first of three bands to take the stage over two days at the iconic music venue located at Historic Sutter Street and Riley. Following Powerplay’s Friday night show, it’s Wasted Space and Adam Aldama rolling into town.

Power Play has long been bannered as one of the region’s most dynamic dance party bands. The group has several stellar voices that can cover everything from Lady Gaga, to Johnny Cash, to Eminem and a multitude of artists in between. The band is known for its high energy and performs top 40 hits that are sure to get you on the dance floor.

Friday’s show starts at 10:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 and can be found at the Powerhouse website bellow.

For those looking to get out and enjoy live music but aren’t night owls, Powerhouse has the perfect offering with its Saturday afternoon dance party.  This Saturday, Wasted Space takes the stage.

Citing that they take fans back to the “heart of soul of rock and roll, Wasted Space brings you all of your favorite Classics of the 60’s and 70’s. From the Beatles and the Stones to Janis Joplin and Jefferson Airplane and mixing it up with a little bit of Fleetwood Mac, Lynyrd Skynyrd, John Mellencamp and the Eagles and so much more.

Tickets for the Saturday afternoon dance party are just $10 and can be purchased online below. The show starts at 3:00 p.m. and wraps up at 6:00 p.m.

Adam Aldama and the Aces headline Saturday night at Powerhouse

On Saturday night, Powerhouse welcomes the popular Adam Aldama back to the local stage for another night of energetic entertainment to get you on the dance floor.

Aldama and his Aces perform a wide variety of music with different themes/styles such as a Prince tribute band called The Red Corvettes, Finesse a Bruno Mars/Michael Jackson tribute, Y2K Live specializing in music from the 2000’s, and more.

Aldama originally started the Aces group with their first show at Mango’s nightclub in downtown Sacramento. Thereafter, The  Aces have been performing consistently throughout the Sacramento region and surrounding areas around California at clubs, private events, and festivals.

The 5 piece band has been delivering a show like no other that has taken crowds down memory lane and sparking things up so they could relive all those classic dance hits that get the party jumping
