A section of Latrobe Road in El Dorado Hills has been closed to through traffic due to an accident Thursday afternoon that involved a propane truck.
Just before 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, the El Dorado Hills Fire Department reported they were on the scene of an accident on Latrobe Road near Sun Ridge Meadows Drive. Upon arrival firefighters discovered the roadway was completely blocked as a twin-tank propane truck had rolled over, coming to rest across both lanes of Latrobe Road.
The El Dorado Hills Fire Department reported that the roadway would remain closed late into the afternoon and units would remain on scene until the truck was safely secured and could then be mobilized and towed from the scene. Firefighters reported that one occupant of the truck suffered minor injuries.
