As the temperatures get lower outside, the fun is rising inside the Red Hawk Resort Casino this weekend with two popular bands taking to the casino stage bar Friday and Saturday night. Friday Night, it’s Steel Breeze taking the stage followed by the country music of Kirk Basquez and Los Vaqueros on Saturday night.
Known for their energetic rock music, Steel Breeze is sure to get many out on the dance floor as their make their stop at Red Hawk on a very busy summer tour throughout the region. The band is known non-stop energy of all your favorite rock hits.
On Saturday, the genre turns to country at Red Hawk with Kirk Basquez and Los Vaqueros to the casino stage bar Saturday night.
Born and raised in Northern California and coming from a large family of musicians, Basquez always cites that, “country music is his jam,” as he has been on musical journey in which was he influenced to venture on by some of country music’s biggest names.
Friday and Saturday night are the second in a busy weekend at Red Hawk Resort Casino this holiday season. In total, 12 different bands with an impressive mix of genres make up the show roster throughout the month.
Next weekend two local favorites return to the stage as well. On Friday, Dec. 16 Gotcha Covered is back, followed by the Cynthia Renee Band on Dec. 16. Maxx Cabello Jr. performs Dec. 22 with Sons of Rock and Roll on Dec. 23. On Dec.29 High Fidelity rocks the stage folloed by Modern Relic on December 30.
For New Years Eve, Dec. 31. Red Hawk is adding two additional bands for a special Sunday of entertainment Moonshine Crazy will perform from 5-9 pm followed by Power Play that will ring in the new year playing from 10 pm until 2 am.
