Lady, a charming Dutch Shepherd mix, is the newest arrival at Sacramento County Animal Care Services, also known as the Bradshaw Animal Shelter. This spayed female, with a striking black brindle and white coat, is about 1 year and 3 months old and weighs approximately 51 pounds. Since her arrival on July 30, Lady has been winning hearts with her affectionate nature and playful spirit.
Lady is the perfect medium-sized companion, always ready for adventures and cuddles. Her unique coat and vibrant personality make her a standout wherever she goes. Whether she’s romping around with other pups or enjoying leisurely walks, Lady strikes the perfect balance between playfulness and tranquility. She’s currently sharing her kennel with a dog friend she met at the shelter, indicating she may enjoy a compatible canine friend in her new home. Potential adopters can bring their dogs for a meet-and-greet to see if they’re a match.
Lady’s adoption fee is waived, making it easier for her to find a loving home. To meet Lady, visit the Bradshaw Animal Shelter any Tuesday through Sunday from noon to 5 p.m., with extended hours until 6 p.m. on Wednesdays. All adoptions are on a first-come, first-served basis. Don’t forget to bring your ID and note Lady’s Animal ID number and those of other dogs you might be interested in meeting.
The Bradshaw Animal Shelter is located at 3839 Bradshaw Road, Sacramento. The shelter can be contacted by phone at 916-368-7387. Adopting Lady not only brings joy to your home but also opens up space for another deserving pet to find their forever family.
