Folsom Ranch is about to get its very first pizza joint. It’s a pizzeria that has become very well-known across the country and its gearing up to open its doors in just a few weeks. 

Slice House by Tony Gemignani, the highly successful fast casual pizza franchise by “world renowned pizzaiolo,” Tony Gemignani has announced that its Folsom location will be opening in February and will be announcing a specific grand opening date very soon. 

Located at 3210 E Bidwell Street #100 at The Shops at Folsom Ranch, the pizzeria will offer guests an opportunity to experience artisan pizza by the 13-time world champion in a fast casual setting.  Additionally, it will bring more than 30 new full- and part-time jobs to the Folsom community.  

“We are grateful to have a strong, existing local following and we look forward to partnering with Sandeep, an experienced and committed operator, to open this new Slice House location in Folsom, expanding our footprint in Northern California beyond the San Francisco Bay Area,” said Founder Tony Gemignani.  “As of February 2024, locals will once again enjoy Tony’s pizza in Sacramento County, offering a great dining option to experience authentic pizzas, pastas, and more in a casual setting.” 

Slice House in Folsom, which is franchised and operated by Sandeep Gill, will feature an expansive menu of Gemignani’s famous New York, Sicilian, Grandma, Detroit, and California style pizzas including gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options, as well as pasta, wings, and salads accompanied by a drink menu featuring local craft breweries and natural wines.  The pizza hot spot will have indoor seating for 20 people and outdoor seating for 40 people; in addition, it will offer takeout, online ordering, and delivery.  It will be open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Folsom Ranch, a 3,585-acre planned community, features development of 11,500 new homes, commercial, industrial sites, and retail as a part of The Shops at Folsom Ranch, with Slice House by Tony Gemignani being among the first to open.  It is located at the Highway 50 and E Bidwell Street interchange, offering easy access for locals and commuters, as well as residents.
