It’s all about “stereotyping,” literally, this Saturday night in Historic Folsom as Powerhouse Entertainment presents one of the regions favorite bands with Stereotype on stage at Powerhouse Pub.

Stereotype is a dynamic new five-piece cover band based out of Sacramento, bringing what they describe as world-class, heavy hitting musicianship, non-stop energy, and creative mashups that will bring Powerhouse dance floor to life Saturday night.

The band is known for its wide range of genres and tend to dazzle any event they perform for. They are known to produce a mix of Pop, Rock, R&B, and even fire up Classic Rock, Country, and Old School Rap and Hip-Hop. Stereotype is set to take the stage at 10:00 p.m.

It’s all part of a busy weekend at Powerhouse Pub, where you can stay warm and dry during the stormy weekend. Friday night March 1 the venue will host Y2K Live, a 2000’s Dance Party featuring Adam Aldama.  The Saturday afternoon Dance Party this week will feature Steelin’ Dan at 3:00 p.m. for the “early” crowd prior to Stereotype taking the stage

On Sunday, it will be the Powerhouse of Blues at 3:00 p.m. with Greg Rahn’s Mardi Gras Party with the Fat Tuesday Horns.  Tuesday, you can take the stage yourself as Powerhouse hose Live Band Karaoke at 8:00 p.m.
