The Palladio at Broadstone, Folsom’s premier outdoor shopping destination, continues to grow its retail offerings with the announcement of new tenants set to join the lineup: DeVons Fine Jewelers and LOFT, a division of the Ann Taylor brand.

The announcement was made Thursday afternoon in a press release from Palladio management. The latest announcement is following recent news that brewery and restaurant chain Yard House is also slated to open at the center this coming December.

“Palladio continues to attract the finest local and national retailers, complementing a diverse assortment of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues,” said Gloria Wright, general manager of the Palladio. “Retailers interested in strong foot traffic recognize that Folsom’s market area and economy is growing.”

LOFT, the popular national women’s apparel store, is expected to open its doors in November 2025. The brand, launched in 1998 as a relaxed extension of Ann Taylor, is known for delivering stylish, accessible fashion that blends everyday wear with polished work-friendly attire. The new store will occupy 5,003 square feet and will be located near White House Black Market.

Meanwhile, DeVons Fine Jewelers, a respected name in fine jewelry founded in Sacramento in 1929, is also making its way to Palladio. The family-owned company currently operates ten stores across Northern California and Nevada. Their Folsom location will open in February 2026, occupying 3,404 square feet next to Patrick James.

The additions of LOFT and DeVons continue Palladio’s trend of balancing national retail brands with regionally rooted businesses, further positioning the center as a vibrant retail and dining hub in the Greater Sacramento region.
