Based on Jules Verne’s landmark works of science fiction, this adaptation by David Kersnar and Althos Low reveals the true history of Professor Morgan Aronnax’s adventures as a prisoner of Captain Nemo, master of the submersible war machine, Nautilus.

Folsom Lake College’s Falcon’s Eye Theatre brings a classic to the stage next week with its fall production of 20,000 Leagues Under the Seas next week and tickets are currently on sale. The local production will take to the stage starting Friday, Nov. 3 and will run through Sunday, Nov. 19 on Stage Two of Harris Center for the arts.

The play chronicles the interwoven histories of Aronnax and Nemo—their clashes of will confronting monsters without and within as they voyage beneath the world’s oceans to the unclaimed tundra of the South Pole. Join us for this action-packed nautical adventure.

Tickets are available for purchase on the Harris Center website. Prices per ticket are $16 for Students with ID, $27 for Seniors 65+, and $29 for general admission. Note: There is a Student Ticket Discount Night on Thursday, November 16 where all student tickets are $9. The production is recommended for audiences 8 and older.
