Two rising names in country music are headed for a one night appearance in Folsom and tickets are still available.

JMF Presents and Good Vibez Presents have announced the “Ride Into The Music Festival” that will take place at the Fields at Lakeside on June 30th for an afternoon of top-notch performances by Chris Lane, Canaan Smith, Tyler Rich and more.

Locally based band Moonshine Crazy has also been added to the event line up.


According to the event billing, the Ride into the Music Festival, is an afternoon full of country music, food, friends, family, and drinks. The event aims to promote a healthy environment for all to enjoy and provide a fun-filled evening for attendees of all ages. The event will be held at the Fields at Lakeside in Folsom, CA making it easily accessible for all.

“We’re excited to bring this first-time country concert to Folsom and offer a unique experience to our community,” reads a statement from JMF Presents. “With the support of Good Vibez Presents, we’re confident that ‘Ride into the Music’ will be an experience to remember.”

The evening will feature a lineup of A-List country artists, local food vendors, and activities for all ages. With the sun setting over Folsom Lake, attendees will be able to dance the night away under the stars. Tickets are on sale as of today at www.rideintothemusic.com.

About Chris Lane
Before pursuing a solo career, Lane fronted the Chris Lane Band. Their album Let’s Ride charted on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart in 2012. He moved to Nashville in 2013.

It sold 11,000 downloads in its first week of release and debuted at number 45 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. As of August 2014 it has sold 43,000 downloads. It will be included on an upcoming extended play.

About Caanan Smith
A native of Williamsburg, Virginia, Caanan Smith grew up singing along to everything from George Strait to Rage Against the Machine.

In addition to writing for his album, Canaan Smith co-wrote Love and Theft’s top ten hit “Runaway” and co-wrote Jason Aldean’s “Black Tears” with Florida Georgia Line’s Tyler Hubbard.

He relocated to Nashville during college and began to perform around Music City’s local bars. He landed a publishing deal with Disney Music and teamed with Brett Beavers (Dierks Bentley) to produce his Mercury Records debut.

Rich grew up in nearby Yuba City. In October of 2014 self-released his debut single, “Radio,” which made an impression on country radio. August 2015 saw Rich release a four-song EP, Valerie, and that year the Country Music Social Media Awards named him “one to watch.” He spread the word about his music with plenty of live work, headlining small venues and opening in bigger halls for names like Cole Swindell, Brett Eldredge, Justin Moore and others, and he relocated to Nashville to be closer to the center of the country music industry.

Tyler Rich’s talents attracted the attention of Music City power houses Big Machine and Valory Music, both of which signed him to recording and publishing deals.
