Real estate developer LRE & Companies has announced that nationwide franchise Circle K has been secured as one of the first tenants for the new retail center known as Southpoint at Folsom Ranch, according to a press release Monday.
The convenience store chain has signed on to occupy a 4,720 square foot space in the project that is soon to break ground. The location will also feature a gas station to accompany its convenience store.

In addition to securing Circle K, he project has several other available spots on the project layout that features high-end office, medical, retail buildings for sale or lease. It includes 4,250 rentable square feet office/medical buildings in a campus setting, two fast-food retail pads, a gas station with car wash, and 72,000 rentable square feet for assisted living.
Additional spots in center include spaces designed for 4,000-square-foot and 3,500-square-foot fast-food restaurants and 6,600-square-foot and 6,100-square-foot retail buildings.
“We are pretty excited,” added Patel. “Hopefully we can line up some tremendous tenants.”
The project is expected to break ground next month and be complete by early 2024.
