Greater Sacramento Economic Council Ranked #1 in the World: The Greater Sacramento Economic Council (GSEC) has long been an economic powerhouse. It was recently recognized as the #1 economic development organization in the world by the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
In addition to the Gold Award for Economic Development Organization of the Year, GSEC also received advertising recognition for its regional brand campaign.
