Got concerns? Got ideas? Got questions? Well here’s your chance. Folsom’s Police Chief Rick Hillman, our Parks and Recreation Director Kelly Gonzalez, and myself, will share a little about upcoming goals and then we will be available to you to address your questions.

I value public engagement so much and I have been impressed with the engagement of many in our community who have concerns and/ or questions that show up to our council meetings. I wanted to be sure to offer other ways to engage as well. Coffee with a cop is always well received and there is always concerns to address.

This time I wanted to add a layer to our meet-up by adding in our parks director as well.  We love our parks and trails in Folsom and I get a lot of questions about the status of new ones and the maintenance of existing ones. This is another opportunity, away from the spotlight and a little less intimidating for some, to engage.

While I am your District 5 Councilmember, (predominantly Parkway, Lexington Hills and Willow Creek), I absolutely enjoy representing the entire city when making key decision within our great city. Most decisions affect us all. No matter where you live in Folsom, you are welcome to attend.
