Assemblyman Josh Hoover (R-Folsom) has announced that OsteoStrong Rancho Cordova has been selected as the 7th Assembly District’s Small Business of the Month for August 2025.
Owned and operated by Aaron and Vanesa Provencal, OsteoStrong Rancho Cordova has quickly become a vital health and wellness resource for the Rancho Cordova community and the Greater Sacramento region.
Aaron, who spent three decades as a disaster restoration contractor helping families rebuild after fire and water damage, sold his company in 2021 to focus on health and wellness. Through his own personal journey, he lost 40 pounds and discovered the importance of bone density in living a long, healthy life. That discovery led him and Vanesa to the work of OsteoStrong, a national franchise dedicated to naturally strengthening bones.
Despite pandemic-related delays, the Provencals proudly opened their Rancho Cordova center in April 2023. Vanesa manages the center with a personal touch, greeting members, guiding them through their first sessions, and creating a supportive environment. Aaron leads business development and outreach, ensuring the center’s impact continues to grow.
At OsteoStrong Rancho Cordova, members can improve bone density, strengthen mobility, and reclaim independence in just 10–15 minutes each week.
