A unique couple is coming to the Red Hawk Casino Resort this Saturday and they literally, are a true couple. Bannered as one of country music’s up and coming powerhouse, Joe and Martina are set to bring their unique country sound to the casino’s stage bar

Originally from the nearby Central Valley, Joe and Martina’s agricultural roots have prepared them for the intense routine and dedication that’s necessary for establishing a career in the music business.

“We are big ‘Ag-Vocates,” said Martina. “Being involved in the FFA in high school taught me morals and values. It really made me the woman I am today.”

Originating as a duo called Terra Bella, the couple has been performing together for over a decade and has toured across the better part of the West Coast and throughout the United States.  Some of their career highlights thus far include opening for Blake Shelton, Lee Brice, and Montgomery Gentry as well as performing at CMA Fest 2019, the annual county music showcase that takes place in Nashville, TN.

If you’re a Luke Combs fan, chances are you have heard a cut by Joe on the selling album This One’s For You with the song “Don’t Tempt Me With a Good Time. He co-wrote the song, which became the namesake of Combs’ first headlining tour when Joe was Comb’s’ bass player on the road. The song sits high on Joe’s resume and much like his wife, he credits his upbringing in California agricultural for much of his success so far.

“As the son of a third-generation farmer, I’ve always had a healthy work ethic,” said Joe in a Music Central interview. “The care and keeping of land and livestock will teach you that, but also about yourself and who you strive to be.”
