The juvenile, who’s age and name is not being released by authorities due to being a minor, was reported arrested on murder charges.

In cooperation with the Yuba County Sheriff’s Department, the lead agency on the case, the suspects were transported to Marysville. The minor was booked into the Tri-County Juvenile Hall with no current status on bail. Taylor was booked into the Yuba County Jail with her bail set at $500,000, according to the report.

The two taken into custody by Folsom Police were wanted following a fatal drive by shooting that occurred near the Yuba Garden Apartments located on Smartsville Road in Marysville last Thursday evening shortly after 6:00 p.m.  Despite life-saving efforts by first responders, the 19-year-old victim died at the scene of the incident.

At this time, authorities from both departments are not releasing any additional information on the suspects or the incident as it is still an open investigation and they don’t want to compromise the investigation efforts of the case that is being described as an “isolated incident.”  .
